1) Check the availability calendar for the dates you wish to stay.
2)Read the Rental Agreement then fill out and submit the reservation form below, or call and give us the details listed below.
3) Within 24 hours, you will receive by e-mail or fax either:
a)
 Confirmation that the dates are available, reservation code, and instructions on how to pay (credit card, check or money order.)
or b)
 Notification that one or more of the dates are already booked, and a list of available dates around the time you wish to stay.  
4) Your reservation will be held for a maximum of 3 days, pending receipt of at least 50% of total rental price.  
  The remaining balance must be paid either by credit card at least one week before arrival, or by check or money order at least one month before arrival. A fully refundable security deposit of 300€ (cash or European drawn check) or the equivalent in US dollars is asked for upon check-in. You will be handed a receipt for the security deposit. Please read the terms and conditions in the rental agreement.  
5) As soon as at least 50% of payment is made, you will receive a deposit/rental receipt by e-mail or fax, and acknowledgment that your Cool Apartment in Paris awaits you, as well as instructions on how to get here.  
  Please note that online payments are naturally quicker than payments by check or money order, and are therefore more likely to be confirmed quicker.  
6) Cancellation Policy:  
  Cancellation policy for Cool Paris Apartments:
If the reservation is cancelled more than sixty days in advance of the first day of rental period, client will receive a full refund of payment made.
If cancelled between thirty to fifty nine days in advance of first day of rental period, client will receive a fifty percent refund of payment made.
If cancelled less than a twenty nine days before first day of rental period, client will receive a twenty five percent refund of payment made.
